Sony's high speed CMOS sensor

Sony provided its high speed CMOS sensor for Casio DSC EXILIM EX-F1. It is a 6.6M pixels sensor within high speed capture rate as 60 pictures per second. (Optical format is 1"/1.8)

It supports following preview rate:

• 512 x 384 @ 300 fps


• 432 x 192 @ 600 fps


• 336 x 96 @ 1200 fps

Wow... what amazing speed...

It seems like the CMOS imger era is really coming. I will try to put more information releated to CMOS sensor as more as I can in the future.
